For Dough you will need (this makes 1 medium pizza):
¾ warm water
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp yeast
¾ tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cups flour
Pour water in large mixing bowl and add sugar and yeast. Stir until dissolved and let sit for 10 minutes.
Add salt and oil and combine. Then add some flour and whisk in. Keep adding flour a little at a time until combined.
Put on table (dust a little flour on the counter as needed) and knead with hands for about 10 minutes, until dough isn’t sticky anymore.
Coat with olive oil and put in bottom of large mixing bowl coated with olive oil. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and put in a warm place for about 75 minutes to allow dough to rise.
Take out of bowl and knead a little longer, then put on pizza pan and it’s ready to go!
For Pizza you will need:
Earp’s Western Steak Sauce
1 medium sized steak
4 cups grated cheese (I find Cheddar tastes best…but a tex mex mix makes it extra tasty)
1 cup chopped green onion
Cut steak into thin strips and marinate in Earp’s Western Sauce (adding a little of Jack Daniel’s to the marinade makes it extra tasty) for a few hours or a day or two depending on how strong you want the flavor to be.
Saute beef and drain (you can put the little bit of liquid on the pizza for extra flavor, but be warned it’s a little messy).
Put Earp’s Western Sauce on pizza as base, then put on beef, onions, and then lots and lots of cheese!
Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes until pizza dough is golden brown.
Cut up and enjoy!
Now that's a REAL COYBOY PIZA!
