Bubba's Western Stew

Ingredients:

2 lbs. Pork or Beef
1 Cup Earps Western Sauce
1 Cup Pace Medium Picante
1 Six pack of beer
1 to 1 1/2 lbs of potatos
1 lb carrots
1 lb celery
1 med onion
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
2 tbls flour
1/2 cup water


Method:

This recipe is for a 5 quart crock pot. Cut up the meat into bit sized pieces into the crock pot. Add the Earp's, picante, 1 beer, pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder to the crock pot mix together with spoon and let marinate over night. In the morning cut up and add potatos, celery, carrots, and onion to the pot (can be any combination of veggies). use enough beer to cover the veggies. Start the pot on high for 1/2 to 1 hour. Turn to low and let cook for 36 hours.

It's up to you as to what to do with the extra beer...
