Blueberry Tea

The name of this tea is deceiving, there are no blueberries or blueberry-flavored ingredients, and instead it is simply a really good warm drink that is very aromatic. Using a brandy snifter helps the warm orange, apricot and tea fragrances combine to delight the senses. The glass is further accented when you place the orange wheel inside the glass and allow it to float flat on top of the tea. Maran Illustrated Bartending has a few more great warm tea and cider drinks.

Ingredients:
•3/4 oz Grand Marnier
•3/4 oz amaretto
•orange pekoe tea
•orange wheel for garnish

Preparation:
1.Pour the Grand Marnier and amaretto into a preheated brandy snifter.
2.Fill the snifter two-thirds of the way to the top with orange pekoe tea.
3.Garnish with an orange wheel.
4.Stir the drink.
