Nancy's Western Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

1 Pkg. Boneless Chicken Breast (cubed)
1 Pkg. Frozen Stir-Fry Vegetables
1 Small Onion (chopped)
2-3 Garlic Cloves (diced)
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1/4 Cup White Wine
1/4 Cup Earp's WESTERN Steak and Dinner Sauce

Method:

Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a frying pan or wok. Add onion and garlic. Saute until onion is glossy. Add chicken then pour the wine over it. Continue to cook until chicken is almost done. Add vegetables and toss until they are tender. Just before everything has finished cooking, add Earp's sauce and the black pepper. Toss to coat evenly, then serve.
This dish may be served with or over rice.
