Ingredients:
1 Slice of Fresh Sour Dough French Bread
1/4" Strips of Bacon
Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Earp's WESTERN Steak Sauce
Method:
Butter one side of bread. Cover with slices of cheese. Crisscross a thin bead of Earp's sauce over the cheese. Lay several strips of bacon on top. Place under a preheated broiler until cheese bubbles and bacon is brown.
You may want to consider partially cooking the bacon before placing on to your sandwich.
