Ingredients:
3-4 Lb. Short Ribs
1 Medium Onion
3 Stalks Celery (cleaned/chopped)
1 Carrot (peeled/chopped)
1 Cup Flour
3 TBS. Cooking Oil
2 Cups Beef Bouillon (2 cubes)
Earp's WESTERN Steak Sauce
Salt and Pepper
Method:
Combine flour, salt and pepper. Trim ribs of excess fat and cut into portions. Coat ribs with flour mixture and brown quickly on both sides in hot cooking oil. Place vegetables into a deep baking dish and set rib portions on top of. Pour 2 TBS. of Earp's sauce on each rib portion. Pour beef stock into dish, cover and bake for 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 350 deg. F. or until tender. Serve with additional Earp's sauce on the side.
