2/3 cup rice wine
1 cup soy sauce
4 1/2 tsp. rice vinegar
1 Tbl. sesame oil
1/2 cup EARP'S Western Steak Sauce
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
Several cloves garlic, minced
Lemon Juice, just a little
1 tsp. hot dry mustard
Black pepper to taste
In a stainless steel saucepan, pour in soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and Earp's Western Steak Sauce. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 10 minutes. Add garlic, pepper flakes, and black pepper; simmer an additional 5 minutes.
As a Chicken Marinade:
Marinate chicken pieces un-cooked in a glass bowl or zip-loc bag, over night. Remove chicken pieces and place in a glass roasting dish. Pre-heat oven to (325 deg.) Place in oven, baste with above sauce mixture occasionally and until done.
As a Pork or Beef Marinade:
Sear meats in a frying pan. Remove and place in a glass roasting dish. Pre-heat oven to (325 deg.) Brush on a coating of above sauce mixture and bake turning and basting while cooking until done.
